Polly Wales Fine Jewellery is looking for dedicated, multi-faceted Sales renegades to join our freshly restructured Sales team.

We are a small, owner-run design house that strives to create unparalleled jewellery using our unique ‘Cast-not-Set’ technique. Our goal is to produce less, not more, whilst still increasing our revenue and using our influence to redefine what it means to be principled in the world of fine jewellery. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and innovation—producing 100% of our jewellery in-house at our Highland Park workshop. 

This is an extremely attractive role for an experienced sales professional who works well in creative environments, thinks outside of the box, and seeks to join a company that strives to make a positive impact in the world.

Accountability

-Budget, forecast and plan activities in line with the wholesale strategy

-Assist in the preparation of the open-to-buy for each selling campaign through the analysis of historical data

-Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with buyers to make sure collections are properly represented; analyse sell-throughs, promptly offer reorders, and keep buyers informed of order progress

-Work with production, operations and finance teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met

-Monitor incoming payments, issue account statements

-Present production with feedback from buyers, in order to identify growth opportunities

-Work with production on recommended retail prices for new collections

-Work with marketing to establish key account marketing plans to drive sell through, brand awareness, and to secure collaborations with strategic partners

-Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment

-Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business

-Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments

-Collaborate with various departments and team members in order to solve inquiries

Skillset

Minimum 3 year’s experience in a wholesale sales role in a luxury lifestyle brand

The ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously

Able to work in a team and be a flexible creative thinker

Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Warm Professionalism, Patience, Focus

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Joor (or a similar B2B wholesale platform) preferred

Flexibility to travel

Experience with Social Media management across Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook
