ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and passionate ecommerce manager to maintain and enhance the digital world of LESET. This is a hands-on-position that will oversee the e-commerce process and is responsible for overall planning and day-to-day ecommerce responsibilities for LESET.COM, including but not limited to maintaining calendars, uploading, modifying and merchandising products, securing needed imagery, implementing promotions & marketing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization. This will include implementation of marketing campaigns designed to increase online traffic and acquire new customers, and campaigns to retain our current customers. This role will work cross functionally, maintaining clear communication channels and helping to ensure companywide success.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain annual and seasonal site calendars

  • Create and upload seasonal product offering on DTC and wholesale storefronts

  • Coordinate seasonal photo shoots- campaign and product shots

  • Responsible for digital asset management of marketing and all product collateral on dropbox

  • Responsible for daily site maintenance and biweekly site merchandising

  • Update webstore cross and up sells on a quarterly basis

  • Send out bi-weekly website sales reports – identifying key business drivers

  • Work cross functionally with production and design teams to ensure product arrivals and launches, suggesting re-cuts and pinpointing best sellers

  • Update press placements on Shopify on a quarterly basis

  • QA site regularly to identify any product, inventory, technical needs and are addressed in a timely manner

  • Map out and coordinate deliverables for banners, newsletters, and text campaigns - ensuring site reflects current brand initiatives

  • Use web analytics, customer insights, industry trends and customer service feedback to inform future iterations of on-site experience

  • Assist with performance analysis of digital programs to find opportunities for optimization or areas of concern

  • Track and report monthly KPIs

  • Coordinate with warehouse team to execute superior customer experience

  • Ensure best in class customer service – aiming to surprise and delight clientele

  • Create overall processes and guides for the ecommerce process

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years Ecommerce experience.

  • 1-2 years experience with content management systems

  • Google Analytics experience preferred.

  • Self-starter with a desire to learn.

  • Team player

  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Excel.

  • Photoshop + web design skills preferred.

  • Shopify experience preferred.
