Who we're looking for

The Tomorrow Ltd Digital team currently has an exciting opening for an E-commerce Coordinator, supporting the team across the Investment Brand’s sites. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and progress with daily operational, executional and reporting responsibilities. The role will report directly into the E-commerce Trade Manager but support cross-functionally across the team and help drive Tomorrow Ltd’s digital transformation.

What your day to day will look like

  • Working cross functionally to facilitate the successful launch of all new products on the Investment Brand sites, from PDP creation to Page redirects, and ensuring that copy, imagery and video assets are delivered within set deadlines.
  • Assisting the E-commerce Trade Managers with analysing and reporting on weekly website KPI’s such as sell-thru, CVR, AOV, sessions, customer profiles and product mix using Google Analytics and in-house reports.
  • Uploading of assets and imagery and inputting of all product information, copy and data to Shopify.
  • Update relevant sections of website on a weekly basis based on the trade and content calendar plans and support in the execution of all e-commerce initiatives, completing end-to-end testing in a timely manner before launch.
  • Tracking of performance of any promotional initiatives [such as free shipping, AOV drivers, discounts] and sharing analysis with the team.
  • Assisting the E-commerce Trade Managers in updating and maintaining the Trade and Content calendars for each of the Investment Brands.
  • Placing test orders for new product creations ahead of all launches.
  • Continuously monitor and test the websites’ functionality to identify any issues and work closely with the Tech team and dev agency to rectify as quickly as possible, with minimal impact to the customer experience / revenue. Raise tickets immediately when issues arise and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Managing regular stock intakes/stock transfer for stock replenishment and stock maximation, as advised by the E-commerce Trade Managers.
  • Utilizing website analytics, regularly remerchandise the product assortment on top PLPs to ensure the biggest commercial gains for each of the Investment Brand’s sites.
  • Ensure the proper processing of Shopify orders: manual payment capturing and liaison with warehouse to ensure orders are properly processed, fulfilled & shipped and advise the E-commerce Trade Managers if any issues arise.
  • Conduct regular audits of product, content, FAQ, delivery and shipping pages to ensure there are no discrepancies and there is consistent messaging across the site.
  • Communicate any discontinued URLs with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure redirects are setup.
  • Partner with the E-commerce Trade Managers in handling Customer Service: daily customer tickets queries/requests/complaints and press/wholesale enquiries.

  • Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mind-set with strong reporting skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and desire to work collaboratively across departments and functions
  • Takes initiative and can prioritise tasks with strong time-management skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify/Shopify Plus is desirable
  • Experience working within E-commerce and/or retail industry a plus
