As the Senior Service Provider Manager in the Zalando Lounge Operations department you will be our 3PL warehousing partner in Poland, Bydgoszcz. Taking care of Zalando Lounge interests and responsibility for the on-site relationship with our fulfillment partner, including preparations and ramp up of the warehouse. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• You will represent Zalando Lounge on site for all matters between Zalando Lounge and our fulfillment partner.
• You are eager to act across multiple dimensions and engage with the 3PL in ensuring SLAs, KPIs, capacities and other operational key figures are met and you will make sure that Zalando`s expectations in social standards and labour relations are met.
• You will be supporting the strategic steering of this local fulfillment center by tracking, analyzing, auditing and reporting key logistics metrics as well as the cost monitoring.
• You will define and drive the Zalando experience onsite. With your entrepreneurial and positive mindset you create a culture that is in line with Zalando's organisational and social standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor degree together with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This work experience should be demonstrable from a solution minded environment in fulfillment services or contract logistics, including experience in leadership.
• Business fluency in Polish and English language, proficiency in German is an advantage.
• A profound understanding of processes along the entire fulfillment chain.
• You combine an analytical comprehension with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful relationships within and outside the company.
• A profound understanding of the Polish logistics market and 3PL landscape
• An entrepreneurial approach and passion for logistics. Actively participating in the wider team and open to travel abroad.
• You are enthusiastic about logistics and flexible for travelling domestic and abroad
