Connolly is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their friendly team. With a successful retail space in Mayfair and a growing online store, Connolly’s unique take on modern luxury has gained a very strong following across the world . Showcasing beautiful and timeless designs, a modern lifestyle concepts and aesthetic; they've reclaimed a new form of luxury. 

This exciting role will be tasked to work with the creative director on concepts, visual assets, campaigns and layouts for use across the business. The right candidate will be responsible for creating designs and graphics that have a high visual impact, with a strong understanding of design concepts, imagery and typography.

 

Work closely with the Studio team and E-commerce Manager to:

• Design print collateral for events, look books and corporate literature

• Design all presentation materials including branding and marketing presentations

• Photograph and produce editorial and campaign shoots working with third party collaborators and creatives 

• Design and control all social media imagery and content, maintaining brand look and feel

• Design seasonal campaigns and general graphic assets for the stores, website, emails, social media, wholesale partners, online advertising

• Oversee and create all newsletters

• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the product images across the brand and it’s implementation 

• Management and processing of all visual content and images 

• Ensure consistency with house style and brand guidelines

 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years working within the design, publishing, retail or advertising industry, possibly within a modern and directional fashion house

• Graphic Design background essential and strong design portfolio

• Extensive photography and videography experience (creating and editing)

• Excellent command of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite software

• Ability to generate creative ideas and new concepts 

• Knowledge of current branding trends

• Experience and understanding of print processes

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Attention to detail, organised, fast and efficient

• Approachable and happy to muck in

• Ability to work with tight deadlines

 

Preferred but not essential:

• Background or training in art or print or photography or advertising 

• good  typography skills and an understanding and proficiency in copy 

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Office
