This fixed term position is an exciting opportunity to develop and hone your commercial skills by supporting the Wholesale Team across global business at a luxury British fashion house. The Wholesale Admin Assistant will play a key role in the smooth running of the department, and in ensuring critical sales information is up to date. This primarily administrative position requires a team player with an eye for detail, eagerness to learn and who takes great pride in their work.

 

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Monitoring retail selling performance reports while proactively suggesting relevant reorders and stock actions

• Other sales and product reporting – keeping internal departmental reports updated, gathering missing information in a timely manner and preparing documents for internal and external presentations or meetings

• Updating databases regularly to ensure accurate contact information is available at all times

• Liaising with Logistics Dept to ensure timely deliveries of wholesale shipments, tracking and reporting on this weekly

• Preparing relevant paperwork for stock swaps and monitoring returns • Supporting with inventory and calendar management of Off Price and Sample Sales

• Distribution of company guidelines to wholesale partners seasonally

• Coordinating on wholesale sample requests with Press department

• Administrative support on Showroom preparation, ensuring commercial critical path is followed and deadlines met

• Assisting with LFW preparation and showroom/sales market coordination

• Sales appointment calendar creation and management

• Order entry, checks and confirmation send out

• Gathering and checking POs prior to delivery window opening

• Collating and tailoring training materials and marketing assets each season

• Store visits, market research and competitor analysis

• Customer service support for wholesale partners

 

Ideal candidate will have:

• A precise and efficient method of working and will be a results driven self-starter

• An ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

• Relevant experience with a luxury or contemporary brand

• A good commercial understanding and interest in fashion and wholesale

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Competency and confidence with Microsoft Suite – particularly Excel

• A willingness to travel

• An understanding of logistics is advantageous

• Foreign language skills as an asset
