We are looking for an experienced Global Marketing Director who can deepen the behaviours, activities and engagements within our global community through a blend of digital, physical and multi-media based projects developed annually with founder and Creative Director Samuel Ross.

Who we are looking for

As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager at A-COLD-WALL* you will support the day-to-day business operations for the brand, including scheduling, calendar, and email management, troubleshooting and staffing in addition to supporting the team with various project management duties. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that an organized, robust infrastructure is in place to manage the team’s daily operations.

This fast-paced, growing, and creatively ambitious brand requires a passionate, highly organized, and collaborative individual. As a small team based in London, this will be a key role within the team with great potential to grow and learn.

What your day to day will look like

  • Oversee all business administration and communications
  • Ensure that critical paths is being managed efficiently by team, and that traffic targets for collections are being met, working with the CEO and Leads where necessary
  • Manage the Studio coordinator
  • Manage CEO’s schedule and calendar, including client calls/virtual meetings, business appointments, team meetings, one-to-one calls
  • Assist CEO in managing correspondences, keeping track of deliverables, and helping with prioritization
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and keeping contacts up-to-date
  • Collate seasonal staff orders and liaise closely with the sales team
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Manage internal team meetings and touch bases, including agendas

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years successful experience as an Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrator or similar in Luxury/Fashion Sector
  • Highly organized and efficient, excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain fashion production is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (please send a writing sample)
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction
  • Flexibility in schedule/availability to work overtime, as needed
  • Willing to manage administrative tasks and support creative projects and business initiatives
  • Should be a driven individual with natural leadership skills and a desire to support a rapidly growing business
  • Deep knowledge of or experience in the fashion industry
