THE ROLE

You will report to the design manager of the area and this role is for a designer with a deep knowledge of working within a multidisciplinary team (design, engineering and product management). As a Product Designer you are expected to have solid knowledge of design methods and practices to help your team understand and make sense of their users' needs and behaviours. You will have technical knowledge of web UI and interaction design to ensure that the experience our users have when using our tooling products is appropriate, effective and coherent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will help build your product's roadmap
    • You will help determine hierarchy of user needs for the design project
    • You will identify opportunities to create value for our users and customers
    • You will help the team understand solutions by working them through visualisations
    • You will support the team's work together with your team leadership


WHO YOU ARE

    • You are experienced (minimum 3 years) in working within product teams
    • You are experienced designing products for web and also in B2B tooling (back office)
    • You are experienced developing and working with full-stack design systems
    • You are able to choose the right design approach to each situation
    • You are a team player that builds bridges in the team
