Holzweiler has ambitions for further growth internationally, and is now looking for a Country Manager in Sweden for a newly established position. The right candidate will have overall responsibility for establishing and further developing our wholesale market in Sweden. We are looking for the one who love networking and building relationships, and who value interactions over transactions. You are highly motivated to create a solid footprint of Holzweiler in the Swedish market. As our Country Manager, you will be a part of our sales team and will report to our Head of International sale.

 

Your key responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop and deliver a strong sales performance to maximise the company's growth in Sweden
  • Identify sales opportunities to ensure performance standard and budgets are met, and proactively recommend action plans
  • Draft account plans and set targets for the Swedish market
  • Inspire, motivate and further develop our existing wholesale market
  • Training, mentoring, and developing our wholesale customers by carry out stafftrainings, sharing the story of our brand and our brand identity.
  • Monitor operational expenses and maintain the operating budget in Sweden by analysing assemble sales reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of each wholesale customer
  • Adapting Holzweilers DNA and culture of shared values into the Swedish market

 

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar role
  • Substantial sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of the Swedish market with a wide range of network
  • Proven references on successful accomplishments from previous jobs
  • Desirable with documented leadership experience
  • A fluent level of both Swedish and English
  • Class B drivers license
