Retail Training Coordinator

About the team

As part of the Retail Training team, you will be responsible for GANT Academy, GANT’s global training function for our retail teams. The team consists of the retail training content manager, the retail training coordinator, and the head of retail training. Where you report to the head of retail training. Together we work towards the vision of creating a digital learning community for everyone working in our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Help to produce and create digital training content according to the content plan.
• Help to coordinate pre-production needs for training content – such as samples, talents and locations.
• Responsible for content publishing on GANT Academy and coordinate translation of material.
• Coordinate all post-production – such as proofreading, translations, voice over recording, and subtitles etc.
• Coordinate newsletter and contact with regional master trainers.
• Coordinate and main contact person to support of platform.
• Responsible for measuring weekly and monthly KPI’s.

Your skills

• Recent graduated from university (preferable within communication/marketing and/or business)
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Visual and communicative person
• Number and detailed oriented
• Excel and Power-Point is used frequently in this role, as well as working in the LMS system (Yoobic). Previous experience with LMS system is preferable.

Bonus points

• Experience from working in-store within fashion/ retail is a bonus.
