CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

Reporting to one of our Live Model Team Leaders, as a Senior Stylist you will be an important driving force and will improve the style content of the images and produce inspirational 'market leader' product shots on a model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accomplish experienced level of styling across menswear/womenswear imagery for the website and contribute to creative projects within the studio and at peer level;
• Ensure a high level of research, presenting looks to the Deputy Styling Editors and Studio Manager before going on set and support them on quality output;
• Support and offer guidance to the in-house styling team; Support more junior members and being an experienced member within the team. Across both on and off set responsibilities;
• Increase quality of styling - through research, styling and execution on set following house standards, brands knowledge and ability as a stylist, outlining any potential styling needs to manager and individual performance;
• Work within the processes of the production studio and share ideas to test to better current processes; be aligned with current styling goals for the season and focused guidance around these;
• Excellent ability and knowledge of proportions, silhouettes, Brand DNA, shoe choice and overall execution of a look;
• Excellent collaborator with an ability to promote an on-set team, working within a Photographer, Size& Fit, Digitech and Assistant team daily. Direct models and ensure USP of product is captured;

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowledgeable about menswear or womenswear trends, designers' brands and the luxury fashion market; and can commercially translate product with the luxury customer in mind;
• 4+ years proven styling experience within menswear/womenswear editorial, personnel shopping, visual merchandising, retail or e-commerce experiences (mandatory);
• Supportive of the teams to accomplish delivery of quality and provider of constructive feedback to explain further to more junior members;
• Autonomous styling ability - across a range of categories and have a specialist or advanced area of styling - for example fine watches, fine jewellery or suiting;
• Understanding of a production chain and important KPI's and motivated to work in an energetic environment and re-prioritize according to our requirements;
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
