THE ROLE
You will help develop and execute our Positively Circular strategy to design waste out of fashion, ensuring we meet targets, and unlock new opportunities for positive growth. We are looking for someone with strong strategy development and project management skills, who is comfortable working with multiple teams in an ever evolving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will report into the Senior Sustainable Business Manager (Circular) to:
- Drive the commercial growth of our FARFETCH Second Life service
- Manage all relevant projects and workstreams required to support and grow the service (cross-functional role covering technology, operations, commercial and marketing)
- Develop the strategy for expanding and optimising this service
- Develop the marketing plan to grow awareness and adoption of the service, and oversee all marketing activities
- Manage the relationship with all Second Life service partners, including all relevant partner management activities
- Work with the Senior Sustainable Business Analyst to develop and deliver the reporting and insights needed to understand and optimise programme performance
- Support the team on other ad-hoc projects and opportunities as-needed
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience working in a consulting, strategy, or commercial growth focused role
- You have experience of project managing complex projects and workstreams
- You are to able to distill insights into action plans and growth strategies
- You can develop effective presentations
- You have experience conducting data analysis and developing business cases
- You are collaborative and flexible and used to managing your own schedule
- You are passionate about driving sustainable growth for businesses
