Tell me more about the role! 🎬

For the past 3 years Stitch 3D successfully helped Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein scale their 3D collection development. We recently entered the market with our unique SaaS & Service offering to help other brands and retailers do the same. We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager that owns and drives Stitch's sales organization. In this role, you will:
  • Explore opportunities to generate new leads and partnerships
  • Build and execute a sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
  • Run the sales pipeline and partner with the other Stitch areas to convert leads into customers
  • Setup and track sales metrics, and identify opportunities to improve the process
  • Build relationships with decision-makers from the prospect stage into customers.
  • Create and update sales materials that resonate with prospects' problem space and drive conversion
  • Develop further Stitch pricing & service model based on data and insights
  • Be Stitch's watchtower: offer an outside-in perspective on what's happening in the market, including from prospect and customer conversations to help Stitch grow as a business
  • Setup pilot programs scope and objectives, in collaboration together with Customer Success

What about you? 🥁
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience. Is that experience also in 3D software in fashion? Bing bing bing!
  • Experienced with building, running, and tracking a high performing sales pipeline
  • Ability to independently own and drive the sales organization, not shying away from being hands-on
  • You have commercial insights: you use observations and learnings to (re)position Stitch' offering into the market
  • Experienced with developing a pricing & service package (for SaaS companies)
  • Able to clearly articulate and demonstrate a product's value, generating buy-in and excitement with prospects
  • Natural ability to connect and build relationships with people, self-prospecting in key targeted accounts.
  • Experience and comfortable in selling at CxO, xVP level.
  • Team player, ready to work with colleagues to bringing new ideas to life.
  • Always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
  • Affinity with technology is a bonus
