Hewi is the destination for luxury fashion re-commerce. Established in 2012, Hewi is now looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their growing team headquartered in the West End of London, ahead of launching a new website later this year. 

At Hewi, product is king. We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Email Marketing Executive who will be tasked with planning, operating and analysing Hewi’s email communications. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the principles of CRM and comfortable operating an ESP to talk to a busy marketplace.  You will be excited about building an exceptional consumer journey that supports the service expected when shopping for the world’s most luxurious brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and evolve the business email strategy, in partnership with the Marketing Director.  Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Hewi’s ESP, Klaviyo.  Oversee transactional email flows, liaising with internal teams to identify ways to optimise the consumer journey.  Own the Klaviyo system to ensure that email best practice is being followed, and that Hewi is leveraging the ESP’s tools to maximum effect.  Be a point of contact for email designs and content.  Continuously evolve the email marketing calendar in collaboration with the marketing team, liaising with internal teams to establish relevant content and product curations.  Champion the use of data to deliver highly personalised communications to our key customer segments for BAU operations and special campaigns.  Ensure campaigns are effectively delivering against both commercial and brand objectives; report back on channel performance and use data to continually improve the execution and results of campaigns.  Stay abreast of competitor email activity.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Comfortable operating an ESP. Klaviyo experience is preferable.  Keeps the customer, tech and data at the forefront of decision making A detail-oriented and organised team player Good understanding of email marketing best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An understanding and interest in luxury fashion Excited about the future of re-commerce
