JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Talent Acquisition
  • To manage the delivery of all strategic staffing planning and hiring activities for China
  • Managing staffing team members, owning hiring targets and Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's), ensuring diversity embedded hiring practices are adhered to, and performing some hands on recruitment.
  • Define and develop the Talent Acquisition strategy for all hiring activity across the functions, providing effective management tools to increase the hiring efficiency.
  • Monitor headcount execution plan and own headcount forecasting and budgeting
  • Manage reports for monthly / Quarterly/ Annual Staffing HC reports to monitor staffing performance and activity
  • Vendor Management (where applicable)

Employee Relationship
  • Driving operational excellence within the team; support stores to improve efficiencies through operation model implementation and adoption of standard roles, processes, metrics etc
  • Provide high effective & quality HR services to all the employees
  • Lead performance management process, make sure the effectiveness of PMP, and link with business priority and strategy
  • Work with cross functions to support talent development and retention plan and execution
  • Champion employee engagement and communication, supporting growth and development of people in the business

People Management
  • Coach, train and develop the team members
  • Cooperate with cross function team to provide best business solutions
  • Work closely with HR other members to drive the excellent HR team results
  • Accelerate personal growth with proactive learning and creative thinking

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience: Ideally a minimum of 6-8 years of related business experience and ideally at least 3 years of recruiting experience and managerial/leadership role
  • Demonstrated Analytic skills and strong partnership with business
  • Excellent communication and influence skills
  • Passionate for Retail Industry Operation and culture
  • Strong Leadership skills and willing to coach and develop team members and other people in the organization
  • Experience in project management and designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs
  • Recruiting experience to include: passion for placing candidates; significant experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management
  • Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Fluency in English Speaking, Listening and writing
