PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review Extreme Size, Cutting Die Trial and Pre-Production samples
- Complete sample evaluation report and communicate to the factory
- Ensure on-time approval of all styles
- Rectify any issues arising during sample evaluation
- Ensure consistent fitting and appearance in production with confirmation sample
- Complete pre-production meeting handover with QA and factory
- Work with factories to improve production efficiency and ensure correct manufacturing standards are adhered to.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in footwear manufacturing and development related role
- Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar related field
- Good written and oral English skills
- Excellent Chinese Mandarin Skills
- Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
