SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Ecommerce Department. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector.

This position is responsible for developing and driving customer programs that focus on acquisition of new customers as well as retention in order to maximize the customer experience and loyalty.

At SMCP, we are committed to providing our team with a safe and flexible work environment. As a result, COVID-19 vaccination is a job requirement for all corporate employees. Additionally, all corporate employees may work remotely two days/week.

What you'll do:

Acquisition
  • Track and develop new client recruitment strategies to grow the customer database with internal & external partners
  • Support retail team and stores with training to optimize the capture and quality rate
  • Track database growth initiatives and communicate results to all stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with Wunderkind to develop testing strategies to grow the online acquisition rate
  • Maximize database quality rate and build the strategy to increase the quality of data (% of contactable customers)
  • Measure customer value of new clients acquired through the different initiatives

Retention
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting to understand customer behavior
  • Map the customer journey and develop communications with targeted messaging and offers by segment
  • Partner with retail and marketing on maximizing clienteling initiatives & store customer outreach
  • Provide targeted client data needed to stores on timely manner
  • Build and test new strategies for driving customer loyalty and maximizing retention
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to monitor the impact of new customer-focused initiatives and customer migration across segment
  • Manage email marketing strategy to drive incremental revenue, consumer engagement, and support retail, e-commerce and brand marketing goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations as needed (including AB test)
  • Manage ASM customer service team in building new processes in order to maintain and maximize the customer experience
  • Manage the launch of new tools and software to help achieve the goal
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction before & post-purchase

Who you are:
  • A college graduate with a bachelor's degree at least 3 years of related experience
  • Maintains strong awareness of fashion and industry trends and an ability to bring forward ideas to the table
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Highly motivated, self-starting individual & strategic thinker
  • Must be hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and flexible
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrate strong project management, team leadership and the ability to deliver results
