About the role:

Reporting to the Catalogue Monitoring Manager, you will lead a team whose focus is to provide our Partners and Internal teams with frequent, clear, and actionable visibility on their catalogue. Your short-term goal will be to create a result-driven culture on the team, therefore not only providing visibility but also engaging with the different stakeholders in order to improve our operational metrics. You must do this by leveraging our team's analytical capabilities and creating lasting relationships with our internal and external partners.

What you'll do:

    • Work closely with support teams such as Technicians, Process Engineering, Partner Delivery Managers and Partner Success on problem-solving and business goals;
    • Update production metrics and promote regular team communication;
    • Delegate tasks and set deadlines;
    • Oversee day-to-day operation;
    • Organize the team's resources and time to meet business objectives;
    • Assisting the Catalogue Monitoring Manager to define, align and monitor the team's OKRs, quality metrics, and SLAs, providing business stakeholders with regular reports/insights;
    • Identify and support continuous improvement & automation efforts;
    • Create an inspiring team environment;
    • Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
    • Motivate team members, support skills development;
    • Manage training needs and provide coaching;
    • Manage people-related administrational tasks for your team including recruitment, performance management and holidays;
    • Listen to team members' feedback;
    • Encourage creativity and risk-taking;


Who you are:

    • Team management experience (industry market is a plus);
    • Leadership Capability;
    • Data-driven problem solver, able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment;
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams;
    • Actively listen to others and demonstrate understanding of different points of view;
    • Interest in personal learning and development;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Focus on the detail;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Highly organized;
    • Experience in and knowledge of E-commerce Product Information Management systems is a plus;
