We are product people at heart. Our London Head Office is based in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People more. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Buyer and supporting the Buying Administration Assistants, this role partners with the Operations and Warehouse teams to help ensure a smooth flow of product in and out of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will assist the Buying department in writing orders and loading them accurately and efficiently onto the system and generating Purchase Order Numbers for suppliers.
    • You will manage Order Confirmation checking - Including cancellations, price changes and amendments to orders.
    • You will raise and investigate queries on stock, working with the Operations and Warehouse teams to resolve any issues and remove blockers that are disrupting the smooth flow of goods.
    • You will take ownership of the Delivery Schedule and communicating key dates internally.
    • You will run daily sales reports, uploading images, and creating packs for each season containing important brand and product information.
    • You will liaise with Suppliers and other departments including Merchandising, E-Commerce, Operations, Finance and Retail regarding product and deliveries for the department.

    • You will be passionate about developing skills in the Buying industry.
    • You are a problem solver, capable of identifying issues and risks and working collaborative to see problems through until resolved.
    • You have strong attention to detail, able to spot and correct and potential risks or flaws in data accuracy.
    • You adopt a structured approach to work, with the ability to confidentially plan and prioritise workload to support and protect the wider business.
    • You are Excel proficient, confident in analysing and interpreting data and reports and protecting the integrity of our data.
    • You demonstrate strong communication skills, capable to conversing with people across the business including external contacts and are able to keep your stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
